Appointment Policy

Although we operate primarily on an appointment basis, we welcome walk-ins and, of course, emergency cases always receive top priority.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are also available. When you bring your pet to our hospital, you can leave him/her with us for the day. Sometimes we require a doctor to meet with you briefly before a patient is dropped off so that we can better determine the course of treatment for the day. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments. After your pet has been examined, the doctor or technician will contact you to discuss the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable with us, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers during their visit.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks (with valid driver's license). We also offer and accept Care Credit cards.
